How to become flight a nurses is interesting question, why because many field nurses job is familiar Hospital, Clinic, or other Health Services, but in -flight nurse it,s look like new challenges which air plane as a places for work area , so who nurses want to become flight a nurse must be have different skill and requirements.

What are the minimum requirements must be done?
The requirement that have to be completing as a following below:

Full NMC Registration - RGN/RMN/RSCN/RM
Full RCN membership of equivalent Professional Indemnity Insurance
Minimum of 3 years
Post Basic course (acute area)i.e Care of the Adult in A and E, ITU,etc Formerly ENB 199/1001/124
Experience in one of the critical care areas such as,ITU, A and E or mental Health preferred
Evidence of mandatory updates if a registered Midwife as per Midfery Rules

In addition most assistance companies require:

RCN in Flight Nursing Award
And/or previous in flight experience with the intention of undertaking theRCN in flight Nursing Award Course

In few companies prefer:

BLS (essential)
ILS
ALS/ATLS/ATNTC/TNCC only required in ITU type transfers.
